Where It Is Needed Most

Our team members and the communities that sustain us are most important to us at Ball. When natural disaster happens, communities face a multitude of needs, including access to food and medicine, debris removal, emergency housing, and in some cases, rebuilding. Our partners at GlobalGiving are dedicated to ensuring relief and recovery funding stays within the community it is intended to support. By supporting local charities around the world, The Ball Foundation is able to meet the immediate and sometimes overseen needs of the impacted communities our team members call home. Visit GlobalGiving to learn more about their curated approach to disaster response.
Supporting Local Communities

Supporting Local Communities

GlobalGiving hosts a database of over 6,000 local charities dedicated to disaster response. When disaster strikes, a multitude of issues arise. From access to basic necessities, to impacted education, housing, and even local businesses - a livelihood - can all be impacted.

GlobalGiving works diligently to keep relief and recovery funds in the local community by sourcing resources locally, distributing funds locally, and leaning into the impacted community to lead the way in recovery. Since beginning our partnership, Ball has supported dozens of organizations dedicated to the urgent and unique needs of communities. Examples of response organizations include:
