Do you ship internationally?
We have distributors that ship internationally, all orders are exported by the distributor. We do not import any orders.
What is the lead time to receive custom cups?
Typically our lead time is 8 weeks, timing may vary based on customer set up, graphic completion and production schedules. The more time allowed the better.
How can I receive shipments of cups and what distributors carry The Ball Aluminum Cups?
We work with various distributors throught US, Mexico, Canada and limited international, please reach out to find out if your distributor is in our network.
Are shipping costs included in pricing?
Yes, we include shipping costs in our pricing but in most cases we ship to a distributor. The distributor may have mark ups that are not accounted for in our pricing.

Your contact will remain the same.
Do I need to set up a new account?
Ball Packaging LLC has established a joint venture with Fernweh Group and will operate under a new entity, Oasis Venture Holdings, LLC. Your assigned sales lead will be reaching out to work through changes or please reach out to us via cupsales.com
Will my existing cup be available for reproduction?
Yes, all past cups will be available for reproduction. The Ball Aluminum Cups will continue to be produced in the same facility and all past cups will be available.
Will I need to submit POs with the new company name?
Yes, we will be providing information to all customers with the new company name and provide all necessary paperwork for a seamless transition
Do I submit payment to the same location?
Yes, the same Accounts Payable and Receivable will remain as is and the contact information will remain the same.
Does anything change with EDI?
No, everything will stay the same

Yes, our cups are customizable with your design of choice, there is a limit of 8 colors and a template that can be provided upon request.
Can I customize cups for personal use?
Our cups are designed to be for business use, if a small quantity run is needed please reach out via cupsales@ball.com for more information
What are the different size cups?
We have 5 different size cups, 9oz, 12oz, 16oz, 20oz, and 24oz.
How many colors can be used on a custom cup?
8 colors
Is the cup made of recycled aluminum?
Yes, 85% recycled content.
Can the cup be recycled with other aluminum products?
Yes, our cup can be recycled along with any other aluminum can or bottle.
Are the cups produced in the US?
Yes, our production facility is located in Rome, Georgia
What is the minimum order quantity for custom cups?
3 pallets with an approximately 54,000 cups total. Reach out for specific based on cup size needed
Are there lids that fit?
Our cups are designed with standard dimensions so there are standard lids that fit our cup. We do not manufacture an aluminum lid.
How many times can I use the cup?
Our cups are designed to be single use and an alternative to a disposable cup, but our cup can be washed up to 10 times.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
We do not recommend dishwashing our cup.
Is the cup microwave safe?
No, our cup should not be used in the microwave
Can I use it for hot beverages?
No, our cup should not be used for hot beverages
How much of the cup can be designed?
At this point we have limitations to the middle panel of the cup to be customized, we have design templates that can be provided upon request. Contact us as cupsales@ball.com.
How do I recycle the cup?
Recycle the Ball Aluminum Cup along with all your other aluminum items (cans and/or bottles)
Is there a deposit on the cup?
No, there not a deposit on our cup
Does the cup keep my drink colder longer?
We have received feedback from customers and consumers that our cup does keep drinks colder longer, however we have not tested specifics on this claim.

Is the cup coated or is it raw aluminum?
Our cup is coated with an FDA-approved, food-grade coating on the inside of the cup. It is used to prevent oxidation and provide a seamless drinking experience. These coatings do not impact the cups’ recyclability or their sustainability credentials. The coatings are between a tenth and a twentieth of the thickness of a human hair and are easily removed in the recycling process.
