The Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) is is a free tool which enables suppliers to manage company information, receive and view purchase orders, create invoices electronically, and check status of invoices.
HOW TO REGISTER IN CSP?
There are several ways to register on the Coupa Supplier Portal:
Ball initiated invitation
Ball Corporation creates the invitation with specific instructions sent to the contact email on record. When you accept the invitation and create your account, you are automatically connected/linked.
If you have not received an invitiation, ask Ball Corporation (supplierenablement@ball.com) to send you one.
If you need to send the CSP Invite to someone else in your organization, please click on the Forward button after accepting the Join and Respond.
Self-created invitation
If you need to send the CSP Invite to someone else in your organization, please click on the Forward button after accepting the Join and Respond.
Supplier Onboarding Guidance
As part of Ball Corporation's supplier onboarding process, each supplier will need to be set up as a Ball supplier in Coupa. You will receive an email from "do_not_reply@supplier.coupahost.com" asking you to provide your company's information via the Supplier Questionnaire in the Coupa Supplier Porta (CSP). The Supplier Questionnaire is used to gather all required information needed ot onboard your company as a Ball supplier.
