Honoring the Women of Ball Today and Every Day

Women have always fulfilled critical roles at Ball Corporation – women who work in the plants day in and day out to provide aluminum packaging, women leading teams and businesses, and women at the forefront of science helping us explore the universe.
During the month of March, we’ve commemorated Women’s History Month across the company celebrating the vital role women have played in our business and our personal lives. On International Women’s Day on March 8, we found opportunities to #BreakTheBias through employee engagement events.
Employees across the company shared personal reflections about the inspiring women who have helped pave the way for them and illustrated how they’re breaking limitations, glass ceilings and biases. Ball is steadfast on building and developing amazing women leaders, and we know it requires an entire community to make changes. Together, we’ll work to create a world free from bias, limitations, discrimination, stereotypes, prejudice and inequality.
